My name is Martin Richy and I am resident of the New Zealand for the last 30 years or so. My father was in Army, who served in the Allied army as a Brigadier. I was born in 1970 in Marlborough. After he retired from the army, my father started work as instructor in the royal military academy. Since I was not interested in military career, I jointed the Graduate course in 1990 and later, completed Master of Fine Arts, in Creative Writing from the Massey University in 1995. Since last ten years, I am working as instructor in Creative Writing in private college in New Zealand.
Writing, especially of innovative and creative kind has always interested me in more ways than a few. I had the distinction of gaining many prized and commendation certificates while at school and college and have always tried to excel in my skills and hone them constantly without fail, since I know that I am still a student and needs a long way to go. I tutor children in creative writing and also published booklets on the subject which I distributed free of cost for many caring and diligent student. I can say that I have done a great deal for the cause of Creative Writing, but there is still a great more still that I need to achieve.
