About Me:
My name is John Jackson and I am of West Indian origin. We originally belong to Guyana, but my grandfather, a practicing criminal attorney, immigrated with my grandmother and their several children to the United Kingdom, several decades ago. My mother is a UK native and married my father, a practicing legal accountant in Glasgow, several decades ago. I was born in Glasgow in year 1970 and raised in this wonderful city. I attended Notre Dame High School, Glasgow, majoring in science. I wanted to become a nuclear physicist, but could not gain admission in any reputed science college. However, my second choice was Theatre Studies and I was able to gain admission for pursuing Theatre Studies at the Imperial College, London for further graduate studies. After that, I was lucky to gain, pursue and pass my Post Graduate studies in Theatre Studies from the University of Liverpool. Currently, I am also pursuing Doctoral Program in Greek Theatre Studies from the Cardiff University, which I hope to complete by year 2015.
My Expertise:
Since 2007, I have been working as a part time nuclear research professor in Government College in London. I am also a full time faculty member of the College’s online study programs in Theatre Studies and gain a great deal of satisfaction in disseminating lessons to online aspirants all over the world. I also take immense pride and pleasure in disseminating literary studies on many aspects of the Theatre Studies including Shakespearean and post modernism studies to genuine students, drawn from all parts of the globe.
